How can I check how many minutes I've used this month?

Click on the LaWard Cellular bill pay on this webpage to view your account details or call the LaWard Cellular office (361) 578-9000 and ask to speak to a representative.

Can I make international calls, and what is the cost?

Yes, long distance charges vary based on time of day and country calling. Please contact your service representative for more details.

Can I use my phone in another country?

Not currently, but we are working on getting service in Canada.

What is the cost to send/recieve text and mms?

If you do not have a text package the cost is 10 cents per text message, incoming text messages are always free with LaWard Cellular. MMS messages are billed at .01 cents per kilobyte.

When do my package minutes start over?

On the 10th of every month.

Will I lose my rollover minutes if I change my rate plan?

Yes, however you retain the same amount as your new package.

Can I change my rate plan at anytime?

Yes, but if not done on or close to bill cycle end date, there is a possibility of pro-rations of money and minutes.

How long do I have to wait to get an upgrade?

After 18 months per 2 year contract.

What does period 1,2,3,&4 mean when I view my bill online?

Daytime, weekly nights & weekends, weekend nights & weekends, mobile to mobile.

What time do my night and weekends start?

Regular nights start at 9pm to 6:59am. Weekend start 9pm Friday night to 6:59am Monday morning. Early nights and weekends start at 7pm to 6:59am.
